New PSA clone available
Our latest product release is new PSA clone, anti-h PSA 8312 SPRN-5, ref. 100139. This new clone reacts with an epitope group 6 of PSA.
Further information on PSA epitopes is available in Tumor Biol., 20(S1):1999 where results of the "ISOBM-TD-3: International Workshop on Monoclonal Antibodies against Prostate-Specific Antigen" results were published.
Our other clones, 8301 and 8311, react with epitope groups 3a and 6, respectively, and therefore 8312 may be used as pair with 8301 but it cannot be used as a pair with 8311.
Binding epitope of 8312 is linear so it binds also denatured PSA.
Binding of 8312 to f-PSA/PSA-ACT is equimolar so it may used in both types of assays.
