Scope of Application

1.1 These Oy Medix Biochemica Ab’s (hereinafter “Medix”) general terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall apply to the products and services (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Products”) manufactured or provided by Medix to its business customers (hereinafter the “Customer”) to the extent not otherwise agreed in writing. Medix and the Customer are hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties” or individually as the “Party”, as required by the context.
