10. Product Liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Customer agrees to release Medix, its officers, employees, subcontractors and agents from and against all claims, proceeding, demands and damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising out of the product liability or failure to comply with the safety, health and laws and regulations to the country of delivery.
10.2 The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Medix, its officers, employees, subcontractors and agents harmless from and against all claims, proceeding, demands and damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising out of the product liability or failure to comply with the laws and safety, health and similar regulations applicable in the country of delivery.
