4. Delivery term, title and risk of loss
4.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the delivery term shall be FCA, Kauniainen (Incoterms 2000). The Customer shall be responsible for the delivery insurance. All risk for loss and damage shall pass to the Customer in accordance with the delivery term in this section 4.1.
4.2 Title to the Products delivered by Medix shall pass to the Customer upon payment of the price of the delivery in full to Medix.
