7. Force Majeure
7.1 Medix shall not be liable to the other for loss, damage, or delay in work caused by an impediment beyond its control which that Party could not have taken into account at the time of contracting, and whose consequence it could not have reasonably avoided or overcome (hereinafter “Force Majeure Event”). Medix shall inform the other Party of a Force Majeure Event in writing without delay.
