Purification and Product Format Module
Affinity purification and the latest down-stream processing methods of monoclonal antibodies minimize contamination by proteinaceous materials in the final product and thus ensure the uniform product quality of every batch. In principle, all our monoclonal antibodies are purified using protein A-affinity chromatography, unless otherwise specified by the client.
The purification can be performed either by using a method evaluated and validated by the client or by using one developed during the manufacturing process. Customer-specific dedicated columns can also be used. Based on the customer requirements, the cell culture supernatant can be delivered to the customer as such or the antibody can be delivered purified to its optimal buffer, concentration and volume.
