| Description | MedixMDx deoxynucleotide triphosphate (dNTP) Mix is a highly pure mixture of 2’-deoxyadenosine-5’- triphosphate (dATP), 2’-deoxycytidine-5’-triphosphate (dCTP), 2’-deoxyguanosine-5’-triphosphate (dGTP), and 2’-deoxythymidine-5’-triphosphate (dTTP). The dNTP Mix is a clear aqueous solution (pH 8.5) with greater than 99% purity. The solution is free of human and bacterial DNA as well as RNases and DNases. This ensures robust performance and reproducible results. The dNTP Mix contains 25 mM of each nucleotide. |
