HiFi Library Amplification Mix is a 2x ready-to-use, high-performance proofreading polymerase mix with aptamer-based hot-start, optimized for NGS library amplification and GC-rich PCR applications.

Featuring HiFi DNA Polymerase Hot-Start, it delivers robust, high-fidelity amplification with minimal bias. The mix includes an optimized buffer, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and enhancers to reduce GC-dependent bias and enhance efficiency, ensuring superior library amplification and high-quality NGS datasets. Ideal for challenging templates with extreme GC content, it is also suitable for multiplex PCR assays.
